I redesigned Zaly’s sequences with deterministic playbooks and messages written by an LLM.
My work
I worked with the team as a contractor. I implemented playbook selection based on the lead’s situation and the organisation’s rules.
For example, if the lead had visited the profile, the system loaded that playbook. The LLM wrote from influence instructions for that case, which the organisation could edit.
