Hermes

I use Hermes Agent for Invisor’s work outside the code: sales, meetings, user analysis and organisation.

My work

I connect it to the CRM, transcripts, Notion and Invisor data. It uses Obsidian as persistent memory: a daily cron records everything it has done and links the notes. It also reads Instagram and TikTok statistics.

Each week it checks where users leave onboarding, who buys and what they do afterwards. It gives me a report that I use to decide what to change in Invisor.

Before the onboarding change, users had run two analyses in total since the PLG launch. Afterwards they ran seven in one day, without an increase in visits or logins.

Prepare meetings and remember what happened

When someone booked a meeting from the landing page, Hermes researched their LinkedIn profile, company and social accounts to help me prepare. For cold outbound, I used that context and the CRM to adapt the tone and message to each lead.

A scheduled job collected the transcripts. If I had spoken to a lead in March, I could ask Hermes in June why they had not bought, what happened in the meeting or what they had in common with other leads. I still use it for meetings beyond sales.

Persistent memory in Obsidian

A daily cron writes everything Hermes has done that day into Obsidian and creates relationships between the notes. It keeps a connected record of its activity that it can retrieve in later conversations.

I can return to any topic from that work without reconstructing it from scratch. Notion holds the tasks and ideas I write down; Obsidian keeps the memory of what Hermes has been doing.

Find where users leave

Hermes reviews how people use Invisor each week. It found that users struggled to continue after writing their investment strategy and left. Some activated a plan without even trying a property analysis.

I changed that part of onboarding. Before the change, there had been two analyses in total since the PLG launch; afterwards there were seven in one day. Visits and logins did not change: a greater share of users went on to analyse properties and discover the app’s value.

Choose the next task and review content

I write down tasks and ideas in Notion. When I ask “what should I work on next?”, Hermes reviews those notes, discusses the ideas and helps me prioritise. I have also connected Instagram and TikTok so it can review statistics and find patterns in the content we publish.
